These terms govern your use of OuraBuddy — the website at ourabuddy.com and the OuraBuddy iOS app (together, "the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
OuraBuddy is a personal companion that reads your Oura Ring data via Oura's official API and presents it as a daily brief, dial, and trends. You need your own Oura account and ring to connect real data; a sample-data preview is available without connecting.
OuraBuddy is an independent, unofficial project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or certified by Oura Health Oy. "Oura" and related marks belong to their owner. Your use of Oura's data through OuraBuddy remains subject to Oura's own terms and privacy policy, and you are responsible for complying with them.
The Service is for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never rely on OuraBuddy for medical or safety decisions; always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
OuraBuddy is a small, self-hosted project offered on a best-effort basis. It may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. It depends on Oura's API, which we do not control; if Oura changes or restricts access, features may stop working.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Data shown may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of OuraBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect via "Unpair / log out" or by revoking access in your Oura account. We may suspend or end access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is deleted.
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
